WHO WE ARE
I am an Independent Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of healthcare experience in multiple settings including hospital, primary care, and home health care. I received my Bachelors degree at the University of Central Florida and my Masters Degree in nursing at the University of South Florida. During my time studies and through out my years of practice I was always drawn to the idea of preventative and lifestyle medicine, weight loss, and providing access to care. My journey has lead me to creating Mini Health Clinic. Today my passion is to help patients regain control of their health and live their best lives.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
We provide a different approach to gaining overall wellness at an affordable price. We focus on the whole person and help people regain control of their health. Our goal is to fill in the gaps that are often left out due to our busy and complicated medical system. We spend the time to teach you how your body works, with a large emphasis on eating healthy, how to change habits, and make lifestyle changes to live healthier life. Its a safe space and our goal is to have no one feel judged; but to meet you were your are and work together to make a personalized plan.
